You have over 5 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of leading design teams and projects that enhance user experiences. You are skilled in using design tools such as Figma, and you have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Your experience includes working closely with product and engineering teams to create seamless operational experiences that drive user satisfaction and business success. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to inform design strategies and improvements. You thrive in environments where you can influence design direction and advocate for user needs.
Desirable
Experience in logistics or delivery services is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by Delivery Service Providers. What you'll do
