What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design vision for critical systems that empower Delivery Service Providers to manage their logistics businesses effectively. You will establish and drive the design strategy across key operational areas, including capacity planning, fleet management, and financial management. Your leadership will guide the design team in creating user-friendly digital products that enhance the DSP experience and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to ensure that the design solutions align with technical capabilities and business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and feedback, which will inform design decisions and help create products that truly meet user needs. You will also be responsible for presenting design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
