Desirable

Experience with financial technology products is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems like Cloudscape. You have a proven track record of establishing scalable UX processes and tools that enhance team efficiency and product quality. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that design initiatives align with business goals and user needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a talented team of designers and researchers, guiding them in the development of enterprise financial experiences that leverage AI technologies. You will establish and evolve research and design operations, implementing automated mechanisms that streamline discovery cycles and enhance the overall design process. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, utilizing telemetry to monitor task completion rates and user interactions across AWS Fintech products.

You will be responsible for driving platform adoption within the Finance ecosystem, collaborating with teams working on Uno, QuickSuite, and Cloudscape. Building and maintaining strategic partnerships across Amazon will be crucial to your success, as you work to scale design system adoption and improve user experiences across the organization. You will also contribute to the 'Partner Patterns' program, ensuring that design practices are consistent and effective across various finance teams.
