What you'll do

As an Injury Prevention Specialist at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading onsite injury prevention efforts and proactive safety measures. You will conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate potential hazards before they cause harm. Your role will involve designing and implementing targeted ergonomic interventions based on risk assessment findings and injury trends. You will champion a culture of proactive health and injury prevention through innovative training programs and hands-on coaching. Collaborating with the local WHS team, you will drive injury prevention initiatives and engage with associates to improve physical movement techniques, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
