You are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to align technical direction with business goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and drive the long-term technical strategy for Amper, ensuring that the engineering practices and systems are in place for rapid and reliable delivery. You will lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the architecture of AI/ML systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring that the technical foundation can scale with the company's ambitions.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align engineering efforts with the overall business strategy. This hands-on leadership role will require you to make critical decisions that impact the company's growth trajectory. You will implement practices and tools that enhance team velocity and ensure high-quality outputs, ultimately redefining how manufacturers run operations.

What we offer

Amper provides a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $275,000, with additional incentive potential of $45,000 to $55,000 at plan.
