You have 5+ years of experience in program management, particularly in business transformation initiatives — you've successfully led projects that drive significant organizational change and improve customer experiences. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess complex situations and develop effective strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate project objectives and updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to foster relationships and build trust is key to your success in managing diverse teams. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with leading transformation efforts in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
