What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on optimizing the performance of Angi's home repair and online marketplace platform — you will analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and service provider performance to provide data-backed insights that enhance user experience and increase platform engagement. Collaborating closely with product managers and marketing teams, you will drive strategic business decisions that improve operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of user data and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement — your insights will help shape marketing strategies and product development initiatives. You will also monitor key performance indicators, providing regular reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and areas needing attention.

As a senior individual contributor, you will mentor junior analysts and help foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization — you will encourage your team to leverage analytics in their daily work, ensuring that data informs every aspect of Angi's operations.
