You have a strong background in brand marketing and campaign management, with experience in leading large-scale initiatives that resonate with audiences. You excel at building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that all aspects of a campaign are executed seamlessly. Your strategic mindset allows you to balance creative vision with operational excellence, making you a key player in driving brand success.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. Your ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights is crucial for continuous improvement. You thrive on collaboration, working closely with creative teams, data analysts, and finance to bring ambitious brand moments to life.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for major brand campaign initiatives at Anthropic. You will orchestrate efforts across internal teams and creative partners to execute 3-4 mini brand campaigns and 2 large tentpole moments annually. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with external agencies and ensuring that all campaign elements are aligned with brand strategy.
You will help build and test always-on learning campaigns that generate continuous audience insights, contributing to the long-term success of the brand. Your hands-on approach will be essential in moving quickly on campaign execution while establishing systems and playbooks that foster institutional knowledge.
