What you'll do

In this role, you will improve and execute fine-tuning strategies for adapting AI models to new domains and tasks. You will manage relationships with external data vendors, ensuring that the data quality meets the high standards required for effective model training. Collaborating with domain experts, you will design data pipelines and evaluations that enhance the performance of AI systems.

You will explore novel ways of creating reinforcement learning environments for high-value tasks, contributing to the advancement of AI capabilities. Additionally, you will develop and improve QA frameworks to catch reward hacking and ensure the overall quality of the environments you create. Your work will involve partnering with other research and product teams to translate capability goals into actionable training environments and evaluations.
