Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to provide insights that guide investment decisions and optimize marketing strategies. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations and data science, to develop comprehensive financial models and reporting processes.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Your experience includes budget planning, investment allocation, and ROI analysis, particularly in B2B and B2C environments. You thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy working closely with marketing leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Marketing leadership team to develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives. This includes budget planning, investment allocation, and conducting ROI analysis for both B2C and B2B segments. You will also collaborate with operations, data science, and global expense reporting functions to establish monthly and quarterly reporting cadences, ensuring that the marketing organization is aligned with financial goals.

You will own the rhythm of the business for the marketing organization, leading discussions around monthly business reviews (MBRs) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) from a finance perspective. Additionally, you will support finance-to-marketing and finance-to-finance strategy discussions, focusing on marketing investments and their outcomes. Your role will also involve building and maintaining financial models to evaluate marketing program effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and marketing funnel metrics.
