Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in accounts receivable management, particularly in handling collections and cash application processes. Your ability to proactively contact accounts ensures timely payments, and you are skilled in monitoring aging reports to prioritize outreach based on balance and risk. You understand the importance of maintaining DSO targets and have a track record of achieving key performance indicators in your previous roles.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator, working effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, and Customer Success. Your analytical skills allow you to investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash efficiently, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. You are detail-oriented and committed to following global credit and collections policies to ensure consistency across regions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage end-to-end collections for EMEA customers, ensuring that all activities align with agreed payment terms. You will be responsible for monitoring aging reports daily and prioritizing outreach based on strategic importance. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely cash application, as well as investigating any discrepancies that arise. You will also drive process improvements to scale accounts receivable operations as Anthropic continues to grow rapidly.
You will report directly to the International Revenue Accounting Lead in Dublin and maintain a dotted line to the Global Process Owner in the US. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring global consistency in financial operations, and you will be expected to maintain key KPIs in line with the rest of the organization. Your contributions will help shape the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance team as it supports the company's mission to create reliable and beneficial AI systems.
