What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Enterprise Foundations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the foundational systems that enable large organizations to deploy AI at scale. This includes developing role-based access controls and integrating enterprise identity systems to ensure secure access to AI tools. You will work closely with product managers to understand the specific needs of our largest customers and translate those requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will collaborate with design and customer success teams to create user-friendly admin experiences that facilitate the deployment of AI systems across various sectors, including healthcare and financial services. Your work will directly impact the adoption of Claude, Anthropic's AI system, by removing deployment blockers and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of security and compliance.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the analytics infrastructure that provides insights into user engagement and system performance. By leveraging your technical skills, you will help drive product-market fit and revenue growth for Anthropic.
