You have a strong background in developer advocacy or a related field, with a deep understanding of AI infrastructure and distributed systems. Your experience includes engaging with developer communities and promoting technical projects effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. You are data-driven and can define, track, and report on key performance indicators for advocacy activities. You thrive in a hands-on role, executing initiatives independently while collaborating with global teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the execution of the EMEA Developer Advocacy strategy, working closely with the global Developer Relations team. You will define and track KPIs for community growth, engagement, and content impact, ensuring that your advocacy efforts resonate with developers. You will design and implement instrumentation to measure the impact of your work, communicating results to stakeholders. As a public technical voice for Ray and Anyscale, you will engage with developers through various channels, including talks, workshops, and online content. You will also collaborate with product teams to ensure that developer feedback is integrated into product development.
