What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of front-end development, leading projects from conception to delivery. You will collaborate within a cross-functional scrum team, contributing hands-on to development while promoting shared ownership and accountability. Your role will involve acting as a technical liaison for clients, ensuring that their requirements are clearly understood and met.

You will advocate for agile methodologies, driving continuous improvement in team workflows and processes. Mentoring and coaching junior team members will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help them develop their skills and confidence in front-end technologies. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the solutions you create are accessible, performant, and maintainable, leveraging your knowledge of CMS platforms like Contentful.
