You are a Senior Flutter Developer with proven experience in mobile development, particularly using Flutter and native technologies like Swift and Kotlin. You understand mobile-first architecture and how to build scalable systems that provide excellent user experiences. You are familiar with modern development practices such as CI/CD and automated testing, and you thrive in agile environments where collaboration is key. Your effective communication skills in English allow you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and while Dutch is a bonus, it is not essential.

You have a strong understanding of mobile architecture and best practices, which enables you to contribute meaningfully to system architecture and technical planning. What you'll do

In this role, you will build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions across diverse industries, including finance, e-commerce, healthcare, and navigation. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define and deliver thoughtful, user-centered features. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless integration between mobile applications and cloud-based services, actively participating in sprint planning, and engaging in peer reviews and team-wide knowledge sharing.

You will contribute to the overall system architecture and technical planning, ensuring that the applications you develop are not only functional but also scalable and maintainable. You will continuously improve the performance, accessibility, and reliability of the applications you work on, making a significant impact on the user experience. Your role will also involve mentoring junior developers and sharing your knowledge with the team to foster a culture of learning and growth.
