You have experience in designing and executing experimental studies, particularly in the context of formulation development. Your ability to analyze data and conduct Design of Experiments (DoEs) is crucial for maximizing product performance. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing experimental studies to develop and optimize formulations that extend the shelf life of fresh produce and reduce postharvest spoilage. You will conduct and analyze Design of Experiments (DoEs) to maximize product performance, ensuring that formulations are robust and effective. Your work will directly impact the quality and sustainability of the food supply chain, making a significant contribution to reducing waste.

You will collaborate closely with other scientists and team members in the R&D department, sharing insights and findings to drive innovation. Your role will also involve supporting scale-up processes and technology transfer activities, ensuring that successful formulations can be effectively implemented in production. You will report to the Senior Director of R&D and play a key role in advancing the company's mission to improve the global food system.
