What you'll do

In this role, you will process high-volume international invoices for hardware vendors, ensuring accuracy in receipt, multi-currency validation, coding, approvals, and payment execution. You will handle inventory-related invoicing workflows, including vendor statement reconciliations and the resolution of global discrepancies. Your responsibilities will also include executing cross-border payments while adhering to international payment methods and regulatory requirements. You will assist with day-to-day accounts payable tasks and contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
