What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in establishing a robust governance, risk, and compliance program that aligns with industry standards. You will help set security policies and standards, ensuring that all teams across the company are aware of and adhere to these requirements. You will assess the risk posture of various systems and environments, working closely with teams to implement necessary control requirements in accordance with security policies.

You will oversee control assessments conducted by external assessors and continuously monitor programs to ensure that security controls are effective and any gaps are promptly addressed. Your contributions will play a vital role in fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization, helping Appian achieve its mission of excellence in security practices.
