Your hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or JAX allows you to build and fine-tune models efficiently, ensuring high performance and accuracy. What you'll do

In this role, you will drive groundbreaking research projects focused on multimodal inputs and large language models, balancing advanced research with practical applications. You will engage in the full lifecycle of multimodal LLM development, from early ideation and data definition to model training and fine-tuning. Collaborating with a centralized applied research and engineering group, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge Computer Vision and Machine Perception technologies across Apple products. Your work will involve utilizing AI code development tools to accelerate the development process, ensuring that your contributions meet Apple's high standards of quality. You will also have the opportunity to explore advanced topics such as agentic AI, reasoning, and large-scale model evaluation, pushing the boundaries of what is achievable in the field.
