You have a strong background in machine learning and software engineering, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining end-to-end pipelines. You thrive at the intersection of ML, systems, and product domains, and are passionate about making AI systems measurable and trustworthy. You bring a solid understanding of how to evaluate AI systems in real-world contexts, and you're curious about the behavior of large language models in interactive settings.
You possess strong software engineering fundamentals and are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges. Your experience includes designing and building intelligent systems that simulate complex interactions, as well as developing tools for extracting structured insights. You are thoughtful about evaluation design and eager to contribute to building scalable platforms for simulation and behavior analysis.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and build the next generation of AI evaluation systems, focusing on making AI systems more measurable and testable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust evaluation datasets and contribute to the evaluation of advanced AI capabilities, including large language models and agentic behaviors.
