What you'll do

In this role, you will provide full support for Cadence custom flows, including tool development and maintenance. You will collaborate closely with the design team to develop utilities and scripts that enhance the efficiency of layout and schematic designers. Your responsibilities will also include supporting Virtuoso Layout and schematic software, ensuring that release flows are managed effectively based on a revision control system. You will drive design methodology improvements to increase productivity across the team.

You will work with the CAD team to provide general CAD services support, including the development of utilities and scripts that streamline processes. Your involvement in test development, automation, and regression flow support will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will also support tool configuration and application, ensuring that all tools are optimized for user needs. Your role will be highly visible, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of Apple's next-generation display and image sensors.
