Who you are
You have over 10 years of communications experience, ideally within HR or People teams, with a strong emphasis on Recruiting, Talent Development, or Inclusion & Diversity. Your exceptional writing and storytelling skills allow you to turn complex strategies into clear, engaging, and inspiring messages that resonate with diverse employee audiences. You have a proven track record of leading teams and crafting editorial strategies that align with organizational goals. Your ability to synthesize complex information into simple messages is complemented by your analytical skills, enabling you to measure and refine communication strategies effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with leaders across various functions to bring strategies to life through inspiring communications. Your leadership experience spans at least 4 years, during which you have successfully guided multidisciplinary teams of internal communicators. You are passionate about creating a culture of belonging and engagement, understanding the importance of clear communication in achieving these goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will shape and deliver communications that elevate how Apple grows its people and fosters a culture of belonging. You will partner with leaders across Talent Development, Inclusion & Diversity, and Recruiting to craft and implement communication strategies that engage employees and support key People priorities. Your responsibilities will include producing editorially aligned content across digital channels, leader toolkits, and campaigns. You will synthesize complex strategies into simple, resonant messages tailored for different employee audiences, ensuring that all communications are clear and impactful.
You will lead a team of multidisciplinary internal communicators, guiding them in their efforts to support key People processes and priorities. Measuring and analyzing the impact of your communications will be crucial, as you will use insights to refine engagement approaches continually. Your role will also involve equipping leaders with the information and inspiration they need to help every team member thrive, ensuring that communication strategies align with Apple's inclusive culture.
