You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess regulatory impacts for new and modified wellness products, including Class I, II, and III devices. You are adept at identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance while facilitating innovation. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to represent your team in executive meetings and articulate regulatory strategies clearly to stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Health Regulatory Affairs team, overseeing the international expansion of Apple Health’s regulated medical device features. You will be responsible for developing regulatory strategies that align with Apple's goals for new product development and market entry across various geographies. Your role will involve assessing the regulatory impact of new technologies, identifying trends, and providing insights that shape the strategic direction of the company. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that regulatory considerations are integrated into product development processes.
You will represent the Health Regulatory Affairs team in executive meetings, advocating for the regulatory needs of new initiatives and ensuring that the team’s insights are considered in strategic decision-making. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of compliance and innovation, where regulatory challenges are viewed as opportunities for growth. You will also mentor and develop your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
