Who you are

You have at least 10 years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on user experience and customer engagement. Your background includes leading multidisciplinary teams and driving vision for digital initiatives, ensuring that design excellence aligns with technical and business realities. You are an expert in translating customer insights into effective experience strategies and design artifacts, such as journey frameworks and UX concepts. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to align vision and priorities.

You possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape and are skilled in using design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma. Your ability to balance creativity with practicality enables you to create elegant solutions that resonate with users. You thrive in environments where you can influence the design process and ensure that user intent is reflected in final deliverables. You are passionate about crafting experiences that connect customers meaningfully with products and services.

Desirable

Experience with emerging platforms and technologies is a plus, as is a background in commerce and in-store experiences. Familiarity with marketing communications and the ability to drive innovative design processes will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As the Associate Creative Director of Experience Design, you will lead digital initiatives that span Apple's marketing and product ecosystem. Your role will involve guiding teams to develop customer-first solutions that are both innovative and practical.
