You have a strong technical background and proven leadership experience, ideally with 5+ years in a managerial role within data analytics or related fields. You are self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for innovating and delivering insights through large-scale data solutions. Your ability to engage with both business and IT stakeholders allows you to understand and align with business strategies effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience managing teams across different geographical locations, including the U.S. and India. Your expertise in Generative AI and data platforms positions you as a key leader who can drive the vision and strategy for the AiDP AppleCare Business Development, Finance, and Service Team. You are committed to fostering strong cross-functional partnerships and ensuring that your team delivers impactful solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and drive the vision and strategy for the AiDP AppleCare team, focusing on building and scaling Generative AI-powered capabilities. You will manage a team of dedicated Data Analytics professionals, guiding them in their efforts to deliver innovative data solutions that meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging directly with key business and IT stakeholders to understand their strategies and how they tie into solution needs.
You will be responsible for overseeing the integration of platforms and ensuring that the team is aligned with GenAi goals. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of a multi-vendor resourcing model, ensuring that your team collaborates effectively across different locations. You will also be tasked with mentoring team members, fostering their professional growth, and ensuring that they are equipped to tackle the challenges of delivering high-quality data solutions.
