Who you are
You have 5+ years of supervisory experience with a proven track record of motivating, mentoring, and developing a team. Your background includes 3 years of experience in Facilities, Business Operations, or related functions, showcasing your expertise in managing operational processes effectively. You possess experience with (Union) Janitorial oversight, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse operational challenges. Additionally, you are familiar with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), which enhances your capability to streamline facility operations.

As a Facilities Operations Supervisor, you will lead a Facilities Operations team, including janitorial functions, driving the implementation of operational strategies that enhance efficiency. You will cultivate a safe, clean, and productive environment for all Apple employees and customers.
