You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 3+ years of relevant industry experience. You are skilled in building web applications using Python and modern backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Your experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript concepts allows you to create engaging user interfaces. You are familiar with REST APIs and have worked with databases, both SQL and NoSQL, which helps you manage data-driven applications effectively.

What you'll do

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Apple, you will be part of the VEDI ML Tools & Workflows team, where you will help build and evolve internal platforms that support large-scale AI training and evaluations. You will develop backend services and APIs that are essential for machine learning researchers and engineers. Your role will involve turning complex ML workflows into approachable and reliable software, ensuring that the tools you create are intuitive and effective.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning researchers, to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of machine learning processes, allowing researchers to visualize and optimize their training workflows. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the team.
