Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 10 years of industry experience, with a strong background in thermal design and analysis. Your extensive experience includes validating advanced cooling solutions for high-power SOCs, and you possess a deep understanding of semiconductor, package, and PCB design. You are familiar with the IC physical design parameters that affect electrical and thermal performance, and you have a solid grasp of low-power techniques and thermal analysis methods.
Your knowledge extends to advanced packaging assembly processes, along with the electrical and thermal characteristics of packages. You are proficient in using simulation tools such as Ansys Ice Pak, Fluent, and Cadence Allegro, and you have experience setting up experimental setups to validate your designs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with multi-functional teams to achieve optimal thermal performance across product lines.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and validating cooling solutions for high-performance computing systems. You will engage in simulation and testing to ensure thermal performance and reliability across various product lines. Your work will involve cross-functional collaboration, where you will partner with other engineering teams to address thermal challenges and innovate solutions that enhance product performance.
