Your background includes experience with data analysis tools such as JMP, MATLAB, or Excel, which you use to evaluate and improve camera systems. You possess a deep understanding of image sensor technology and performance metrics, allowing you to effectively collaborate with teams to enhance camera hardware for Apple products.

You are familiar with the latest industry trends and technical challenges in camera technology, enabling you to contribute innovative ideas that redefine photography experiences. Your ability to work with global image sensor suppliers demonstrates your strong communication skills and technical expertise, making you a valuable asset to the Camera Technologies group.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and develop groundbreaking ideas for camera systems, from sensor to lens. You will collaborate with teams across Apple to research, design, develop, test, and qualify camera hardware, ensuring that each generation of Apple products produces exceptional photos. Your responsibilities will include evaluating sophisticated pixel technology from global image sensor vendors and working closely with suppliers to develop new image sensors for various applications.

You will be involved in sensor characterization, sensor bring-up and debug, and wafer-level testing, contributing to the overall performance and integration of image sensors into camera systems. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and challenges, allowing you to support the camera team effectively and drive innovation in Apple's camera technology.
