What you'll do

As an Image Scientist on the Camera & Depth Architecture team, you will design, develop, and maintain high-throughput simulation frameworks that generate large volumes of synthetic imagery. Your work will guide the design and architecture of camera products, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by Apple customers. You will collaborate with teams across Apple to research, design, develop, test, and qualify camera hardware, contributing to the creation of a magical photography experience.

You will be responsible for defining key performance metrics and hardware design specifications that align with the innovative vision of Apple’s camera technologies. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all aspects of camera hardware are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also engage in the development of machine-vision-driven and photographic experiences, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in camera technology.
