What you'll do
As a Legal Counsel in the Marketing and Communications Legal group, you will be responsible for providing legal support for some of Apple's most innovative financial products. This includes drafting and negotiating marketing agreements, as well as offering legal and regulatory guidance on marketing campaigns that set industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives comply with applicable laws and regulations, while also protecting Apple's intellectual property. Your role will involve analyzing legal risks and advising on best practices to mitigate those risks in marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in shaping the legal framework that supports Apple's marketing efforts, ensuring that they align with the company's commitment to innovation and excellence.
