Who you are

You hold a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, and have demonstrated proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Your proven track record in Deep Learning showcases your ability to design and build models that achieve desired outcomes across various modalities. You are passionate about data quality and have experience working with large datasets, ensuring effective data processing steps that drive results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with software engineers, data scientists, and program managers to tackle complex user-facing feature challenges. Your tolerance for ambiguity allows you to navigate the evolving landscape of machine learning research and application.

Desirable

Experience with large language models (LLMs), visual understanding, and image & video generation will set you apart. Familiarity with agentic and reasoning models is a plus, as is a strong understanding of model evaluation and optimization techniques.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on modeling by designing and building models, as well as performing feature engineering to achieve desired outcomes across pre-train, mid-train, and post-train stages. You will conduct deep model and data analysis to enhance both general and specific model capabilities. Your responsibilities will include implementing scalable data pipelines and optimizing models with data intelligence to ensure they are production-ready. You will be obsessed with data quality, working with large amounts of data and building effective data processing steps that are proven to drive results. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to share frontier knowledge in the field and maintain high-quality engineering practices.
