Apple is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to support Product Marketing with predictive analytics for customer engagement. Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in machine learning and predictive analytics, with experience in developing scalable algorithms that provide actionable insights. Your expertise in analytic engineering allows you to translate product requirements into effective modeling tasks. You are proficient in Python and have hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks, enabling you to design and implement robust machine learning pipelines.

You are skilled in optimizing both deep learning and traditional machine learning solutions, particularly in high-volume datasets. Your experience with GPU clusters or distributed CPU environments equips you to tackle complex data challenges. You have a collaborative mindset, working effectively with data engineers and infrastructure partners to implement solutions that drive business outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Product Marketing, Investor Relations, and the Executive Team by applying predictive analytics to understand customer behavior and engagement. You will manage machine learning projects through all phases, ensuring data quality and developing algorithms that meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include feature engineering, model serving, and the deployment and maintenance of machine learning solutions.

You will experiment with cutting-edge algorithms to gain advanced insights into customer behavior, providing leadership with recommendations based on your findings. Collaborating with peers, you will build and prototype analysis pipelines that deliver insights at scale, ensuring that your work contributes to the overall success of the team and the company.
