What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Design Intern at Apple, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Operations team, which plays a crucial role in transforming innovative designs into market-ready products. You will assist in the selection and implementation of manufacturing processes for mechanical enclosure subassemblies, contributing to the production of iconic products like the iPad, iPhone, and Mac. Your responsibilities will include evaluating product features for manufacturability and recommending capable processes and equipment. You will also have the chance to develop new manufacturing processes that will enable future innovations, making a significant impact on the efficiency and quality of Apple’s manufacturing operations.
