Who you are
You have proven experience writing marketing copy that drives engagement or conversions — you've successfully managed content projects from ideation to execution, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with marketing leads, creative partners, and product managers to create impactful messaging strategies.
You are skilled in developing and maintaining cohesive content strategies across products and platforms — your ability to conduct regular audits of messaging helps identify opportunities for improvement. You understand the importance of establishing standard methodologies for content and message testing and optimization, ensuring that your work resonates with national and global audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will write and expand messaging for mid- and lower-funnel channels across multiple contexts — your focus will be on marketing effectiveness and user impact, crafting messaging that informs and engages users of Apple Wallet and associated products. You will partner with marketing leads on brief creation and test definition, working closely with data sciences leads to incorporate performance takeaways into your strategies.
You will manage messaging frameworks to ensure clarity and consistency across all communications — your collaborative approach will help foster a team environment that values curiosity and clarity. Regular audits of messaging will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to find opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
