What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Design Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for driving the development of key mechanical manufacturing processes across Apple's supply base. You will work hands-on as a technical expert within the Manufacturing Design Team, collaborating with various partners to provide end-to-end manufacturing solutions. Your role will involve defining and documenting processes, selecting and designing manufacturing equipment, and incorporating automation into manufacturing workflows.

You will engage in strategic R&D to enhance manufacturing capabilities and ensure that all processes align with Apple's design and operational requirements. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of Apple's hardware enclosures, making a significant difference in the product development lifecycle. You will also participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
