Who you are
You have a strong background in app development and design, with experience working directly with developers to create exceptional user experiences across Apple's platforms. Your understanding of design principles and technical capabilities allows you to inspire and guide others in crafting beautiful, intuitive applications. You are familiar with the latest trends in design and technology, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning, and how these can influence app development.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex design concepts to developers and stakeholders. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure that the apps you help create meet Apple's high standards for quality and innovation. You are passionate about empowering developers and helping them push the boundaries of what is possible in app design.
What you'll do
In this role, you will engage directly with developers to provide guidance and support in creating platform-native apps and games for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS, and tvOS. You will conduct workshops, in-person and online events, and one-on-one consultations to share best practices and the latest tools available to developers. Your goal is to inspire developers to innovate and leverage Apple's design systems and frameworks effectively.
You will collaborate with world-class designers and engineers to help developers understand how to design and build best-in-class experiences that delight users. A key aspect of your role will be to stay informed about how design must adapt in an AI/ML-driven world, ensuring that the apps you help create are not only functional but also visually appealing and user-friendly. You will also contribute to the development of technical videos and resources that educate the developer community on Apple's design philosophies and tools.
