What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing global, business-critical applications within the AppleCare Sales & Service space. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience. Your work will involve employing cutting-edge techniques and technologies to develop applications that are not only functional but also user-friendly.

You will engage in the full lifecycle development process, from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing support. This includes gathering requirements, designing system architecture, and ensuring that applications are scalable and maintainable. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, working closely with production support teams to ensure seamless operation of the applications.
