You have 3-5 years of experience with project management tools like Wrike and Airtable, showcasing your expert-level knowledge in their features, customization, and troubleshooting. You are skilled in onboarding and training new users on these tools, ensuring they can leverage the full potential of the systems in place. Your ability to build automations within Wrike based on user needs demonstrates your proactive approach to problem-solving. You excel at aggregating data for reporting between Wrike and external data sets, even without integration, showcasing your analytical skills. You are adept at developing and documenting solution blueprints, defining system components, data flows, and integrations with systems like Tableau or Airtable. Your independent problem-solving skills allow you to navigate challenges with limited information while collaborating effectively with others.

What you'll do

You will work closely with teams in Product, Design, and Marketing to ensure they have the tools they need to operate effectively. Your focus will be on workflow mapping and process optimization, allowing you to design and apply tool solutions that address business challenges. You will leverage data and resource planning tools to provide strategic insights, helping the organization achieve its objectives. Your role will involve training users, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving the systems in place to enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
