Who you are

You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly in leading teams to execute sales programs effectively. Your experience in a matrix environment has equipped you with the skills to build strong relationships and drive results through collaboration. You are fluent in English, and knowledge of local languages is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.

You possess excellent presentation skills, allowing you to communicate effectively at senior levels. Your strategic thinking and analytical skills enable you to identify opportunities for operational optimization, ensuring that all aspects of Apple’s customer experience are delivered according to plan. You approach problems flexibly, adapting to challenges as they arise while maintaining a focus on achieving key objectives.

What you'll do

As the POS Ops Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the execution of point-of-sale programs, merchandising, and in-store technology initiatives. Your role involves planning and deploying channel sales strategies across various retail formats, including Monobrand and Telco. You will partner closely with central SP&O and Sales teams to align on objectives and ensure that all executional aspects are met.

You will manage relationships with external vendors and agency partners, ensuring that they are aligned with Apple’s standards and expectations. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying coverage opportunities and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring that all programs are executed seamlessly and contribute to the overall success of Apple’s sales initiatives.
