Your background includes 4 years of experience developing content management, CRM, or workflow management solutions for global processes, such as using Airtable to streamline operations.
You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the digital media industry — your experience in management consulting or at a high-growth technology firm has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex business challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, working across all levels of an organization to implement innovative solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead opportunities to optimize the global business operations of the App Store and Apple Arcade for various platforms including iOS, Mac, iMessage, Apple TV, and Apple Watch. You will support the development and roll-out of innovative processes and technology solutions that will increase efficiencies and scale the business. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies that enhance operational performance.
