Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in optimizing conversion funnels and enhancing user experiences. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data to drive decisions and improve product outcomes. You possess a strong understanding of the In-App Purchase ecosystem and have a proven track record of implementing successful product initiatives.
You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to create seamless user experiences. Your technical acumen enables you to communicate effectively with backend teams and understand the implications of product changes on system performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the In-App Purchase conversion funnel, focusing on maximizing conversion rates from user engagement through transaction completion. You will work closely with Apple's design team to optimize the buy sheet experience, ensuring users can easily comprehend and make decisions during their purchase journey. Your responsibilities will include conducting A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and implementing data-driven improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
You will also be responsible for defining success metrics for the conversion funnel and reporting on performance to stakeholders. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will drive backend improvements that enhance the overall user experience.
