What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of physical access control products within the Apple Wallet ecosystem. You will partner directly with the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce business teams, as well as engineering teams, to drive product vision and strategy. Your role will involve defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product launches. You will also conduct user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that the solutions you design meet customer needs. Collaboration is key, as you will work with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliverables. You will be expected to challenge assumptions and innovate, always keeping the customer experience at the forefront of your decisions. Some travel may be required to meet with partners and stakeholders.
