You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in data engineering and AI/GenAI platforms — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical products that enhance user experiences. Your strong analytical skills allow you to define product capabilities that meet both developer and customer needs, ensuring that the solutions you create are both innovative and practical.

You possess a deep understanding of data infrastructure and AI technologies — your experience includes transforming foundational data systems into developer-facing products that empower teams to build scalable applications. You are comfortable working at the intersection of analytics, data engineering, and AI, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can partner with engineering, privacy, and security teams.

Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences — you can effectively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmaps. You are also adept at using data to drive decision-making and prioritize features that deliver maximum impact.

Desirable

Experience with GenAI technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with application-layer data services and APIs. You are passionate about creating tools that enable developers and analysts to safely build data-driven applications at scale, and you have a track record of delivering products that enhance data governance and analysis.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product capabilities that sit above Apple’s core data platform — your focus will be on designing and delivering application-layer data services and APIs that enhance the developer experience. You will collaborate closely with data platform engineering and AI/ML infrastructure teams to create intelligent services that help developers troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines.

You will lead the development of AI and GenAI-powered experiences for data creation, transformation, governance, and analysis — your work will enable teams to build faster, safer, and more scalable applications. You will also be responsible for defining product metrics and success criteria, ensuring that the solutions you deliver meet the needs of both internal and external users.

Your role will involve regular engagement with cross-functional teams, including privacy and security, to ensure that all products comply with Apple’s high standards for data protection. You will also participate in user research and feedback sessions to continuously improve the product offerings and adapt to changing market needs.
