You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams, showcasing your ability to inspire and manage diverse groups of individuals. Your attention to detail and organizational skills are exceptional, allowing you to plan and drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You have a knack for identifying critical business issues and designing effective solutions, ensuring that your team meets its goals and objectives.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Interactive Technology, you will lead a team that is accountable for the operations, management, and expansion of both the Guide and On-Device demo initiatives. Your role will involve crafting and scaling groundbreaking tools for both partners and Apple staff, enhancing the sales conversation with customers. You will adapt from program strategy to development, operations, and experience design, ensuring that all initiatives are geo-ready and aligned with Apple's standards. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and will be responsible for mentoring your team to foster their growth and development.
