What you'll do

As the Audio NPI Operations Program Manager, you will lead the team within WW Operations and serve as the primary operations interface to the core product development team. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of new audio products by coordinating with various functional organizations within Apple. Your role will involve leading ramp availability for all product modules, working closely with Materials, Quality, Engineering, and other internal and external teams.

You will assess and analyze project risks, consolidating and communicating status updates clearly to management. Your ability to identify key issues and present options for resolution will be crucial in driving projects forward. You will also ensure that security, materials, equipment, fixtures, staffing, training, and documentation plans are in place at our partners, contributing to a seamless product launch.

Your leadership will drive the optimization of supply chains, focusing on achieving the lowest costs while maintaining operational flexibility and high quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and that the product meets its stated goals.
