Your educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, and you may also hold a Master's degree or an MBA, which enhances your understanding of complex operational challenges.

Your strong program management skills enable you to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization — you excel at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts, leading through relationships and influence. You thrive under pressure, displaying grace and composure while navigating the complexities of product launches and operational readiness.

Desirable

A Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, as is a Master's of Business Administration or Engineering Management. Your interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Operations Program Manager at Apple, you will be responsible for ramp readiness and product launch operations, ensuring that all aspects of the program are executed flawlessly. You will influence product manufacturability and testability, working closely with engineering and supply chain teams to achieve low costs and maximum flexibility while maintaining superior product quality.

Your role will involve analyzing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product launches.

You will also be tasked with monitoring ongoing operations through the end of production, ensuring that all products meet Apple's high standards. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of product development and operational execution.
