Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in hardware program management or engineering management, specifically managing cross-functional teams during the development phase. Your leadership skills inspire team members, and you possess excellent communication and organizational abilities. You are self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating a strong ability to manage complex projects and drive product convergence.

You are adept at understanding and communicating complex technical issues, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development lifecycle. Your experience includes guiding failure analysis and resolving technical issues efficiently, showcasing your problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive new product development for the Input and iPad System team at Apple. You will be responsible for managing the product development process from initial product definition through to product launch, ensuring that all teams are coordinated and that schedules are adhered to. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to set strategies for technology development and lead the implementation of these strategies.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering concise technical updates to stakeholders, identifying and resolving conflicts and inter-dependencies quickly and efficiently. You will ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. You will also guide the team in failure analysis and resolution of technical issues, ensuring that the product meets Apple's high standards of quality and performance.
