Who you are

You have a background in engineering or a related field, with experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate project goals and updates effectively to both team members and leadership. You possess a solid understanding of human factors research, biomechanics, and anthropometrics, which allows you to contribute meaningfully to product design decisions. Your analytical mindset helps you prioritize tasks and identify potential risks in project schedules, ensuring that development timelines are met.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead human factors research efforts, managing and tracking development schedules while collaborating closely with researchers and engineers. You will identify and prioritize project tasks, driving multi-functional teams to integrate their deliverables into the overall project timeline. Regular communication of project status to both the project team and Apple leadership will be a key responsibility, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

You will leverage cutting-edge equipment and resources to gather data-backed insights that influence product design across Apple's hardware portfolio. Your role will involve continuous learning and bold experimentation, as you work to shape the future of wearable technology.
