You have over 8 years of hands-on experience in the Customer Support business, where you've successfully connected business strategy to technology strategy. You thrive in environments filled with ambiguity and complexity, and you enjoy building positive relationships across teams. Your ability to influence without direct authority is a key strength, allowing you to navigate complex organizational dynamics effectively.
You communicate openly and clearly, fostering a culture of healthy debate and collaboration. Your experience leading large global technology projects has equipped you with the skills to manage multiple functional teams and systems. You are adept at prioritizing tasks and making architectural decisions that align with project goals.
What you'll do
As a BPR Project Manager, you will plan, mobilize, and implement mid to large-scale projects, ensuring that system changes are thoroughly tested and that organizations are prepared for process changes. You will be the prime mover of your projects, overseeing resource planning, communications, project governance, risk management, and change management. Your role will involve connecting the dots between various groups, building trust and understanding, and orchestrating the activities necessary for project success.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across all AppleCare business areas, including Sales, Service, and Support. Your ability to manage complex projects will be crucial in stitching together AppleCare systems and processes enterprise-wide. You will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that project milestones are met on time.
