What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing strategies and processes that enable business growth and drive innovation. You will lead key initiatives within the Worldwide Operations Business Process Re-engineering group, focusing on the Quote to Cash process and other critical supply chain functions.

You will work closely with business teams to identify opportunities for improvement in allocation planning, inventory management, order management, and reverse logistics. Your expertise will guide the transition from current SAP systems to the SAP S/4Hana platform, ensuring a smooth migration and enhanced operational capabilities.

Collaboration is key in this position — you will partner with various stakeholders to develop solutions that align with the broader operations supply chain strategy. Your role will involve analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions that enhance overall performance.

You will also be responsible for driving transformation initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. By leveraging your knowledge of supply chain management and process optimization, you will help Apple maintain its position as an industry leader.
